I am sure no one wants to quit their job. I am afraid there are times in life when you really have to quit unless if you think you can handle the situation, ignore as if nothing happened and pretend to be happy at work. The truth is you can do all that for the very first few weeks.
After that, you will start to break down bit by bit. You won’t realise this, but the people around you will realise. Your behaviour might reflect your emotions as well.
Perhaps it is time to quit, if you have come across these signs:
1. You hate going to work (this is more than just hating Mondays).
~ owh, selalu terasa begini...~
2. You are bored at work (you have a pile of work but somehow you can’t get it done on time because it is boring).
~macam selalu jadik jer...satu fail pun payah nak siap filing...~
3. You hate your co-workers (office politic is normal but there are people who love to crush you every day).
~kekadang ada gak...ada sorang ni asik buat saya jerkah dia SETIAP hari...bingai~
4. The company you are working with is in trouble (perhaps on the brink of bankruptcy?).
~belum lagi kut..tapi bonus semakin kurang, increment belum tahu lagi...waaaa~
5. You don’t feel as part of the company (you feel as if you an outsider even when you have worked at the same place for years).
~selalu rasa macam tak lama di sini walaupun hakikatnya saya dah keja dekat 4 tahun..lama kan..~
6. You hate your boss (nothing can change this, no point working for someone you hate).
~saya ada banyak boss...so which bos??(mati aku kalau boss aku baca nih)~
7. They treat you like garbage (you have done everything you can, contribute all your time and effort to improve the company but they are not appreciating all your work).
~owh....ada feeling dejavu di sini..~
8.You don’t have a proper work station (it is standard for a staff to have his or her own work place).
~ my only workstation is the counter area and i dont even have locker to safekeep my belongings..apakah!~
9. You are over-worked (long hours and no increase in salary?).
~sabtu pun pi keja tau..but again, increment taktau lagi.ish2..ikhlas ke aku pi keja nih~
10. You are not advancing in your career (you are stuck at the same place after working for ten years).
~tak sampai la 10 years but 4 years is enough for me. tak tahan dah ni...ARGHHHHH~
Sounds familiar? Perhaps it is time to think about your career status. There is no reason to force yourself to go to work when you are not happy with your work at all.
Money is important for living, but sanity is more important!

Perasan tak, semua soalan di atas saya dapat jawab. Negatively!!! Oh, nampaknya saya kena berfikir semula demi masa depan. Incik H dah bersuara mintak saya cari keja lain di KL saja memandangkan status permohonan saya bertukar masih tidak diketahui.(
